Product Description

Description: Also known as Slotted Butt and Simplex hinges. These are fitted to the vertical interior stop at the side of the bottom sash. It can then be hung on the slots and swung inwards to allow the top sash to be pulled down for cleaning - ingenious! We offer both steel and solid brass versions to suit all budgets and tastes.
Base metal: Both steel and brass available.
Fixings: Supplied as pair with countersunk fixing screws and large round head screws for hanging.
Sizes: 76mm long, 24mm wide fixing leaf.
Availability: In stock.
Other Info: Suitable for sash weights up to 75kg (when used as a pair). Steel, chrome and satin chrome versions supplied with zinc plated steel #12 x 1.1/2" round head screws for hanging; brass and electro-brass versions with solid brass screws of the same type.
