|Making A Purchase|
Simply browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. Many of our products have several variations in size or finish - please click on the drop-down boxes to see all options. After you have finished your selection, click on the 'Go to Checkout' icon and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Maestro. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, over the Internet via our secure server or via PayPal.
Very rarely, goods may be priced or described incorrectly. In such cases, we will always contact you to advise you of the change and give you the option to cancel if such changes are unacceptable.
|Postage & Packing|
Our P&P charges are determined on a calculation of weight and value and are priced between £3 and £8 for orders under £125 (including VAT). For orders over £125 (including VAT), delivery is FREE.
Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man & Channel Islands
Our P&P charges are determined on a calculation of weight and value and are priced between £5 and £10 for all orders.
Overseas customers should contact our sales team for shipping information.
UK Mainland: We aim to deliver your order in 2-3 working days.
Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man & Channel Islands: We aim to deliver your order in 3-4 working days.
For parcels under 2kg of weight we use Royal Mail 1st Class post. For expensive and/or heavier parcels we use FedEx courier service. Please try to ensure that someone is available to take delivery of your order - most parcels will not fit through your letterbox. We will send you an email notification on the day your parcel is dispatched - you will usually receive it the following working day.
Please allow extra time for your order to reach you during holiday periods and periods of industrial action.
What to do if your order is delayed:
- Up to 3 days late: Please be patient - your order is probably on its way to you and may have been held up in the post.
- Up to 6 days late: Please contact us - we will try to track your parcel.
- Up to 10 days late: If your order has not reached you by this time then it is possible that it has been lost. Please contact us and we will offer you the choice to cancel or re-send. It should be noted that this is extremely rare.
We have thousands of stock lines and, occasionally, items may be out of stock. Where this is the case, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer a choice of solutions, one of which will always be the option to cancel.
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All prices are shown inclusive of VAT.
Please call us on 0131 623 5577 before returning any products to us - often we can solve any problems over the 'phone without the need to return your item.
You have the right under UK Distance Selling Regulations to return any goods in their original and unopened condition within 7 working days of receipt for a full refund including the delivery charge you initially paid. However, we understand that this is not always possible and there are times you will need to open packaging to check a product's suitability. Where this is the case we ask that you return the goods in a condition fit for re-sale and take care to pack them in a way that is not likely to incur damage in transit. It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are returned to us in good condition and you will have to pay the costs of returning the goods to us. Where there is any dispute arising from damage to returned goods (which we have not previously been made aware of), our decision on whether to issue a refund will be final.
Specials and Custom Made Goods
Goods which are made to your specification or specially ordered (which we do not stock) cannot be returned. You will be advised of this when you place your order.
Damaged and Faulty Goods
Damaged or faulty goods may be returned for a full refund or exchange including all postage costs.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
